GlassfishRoleMapper revisited

- Deleted unused methods from old/unfinished dead branches
- Deleted constructor now unused by Exousia 2.1.2, but kept the default
  constructor with a notice that it is used by reflection.
- Removed redundant logs when we already throw an exception
- Using a string exception message instead of fake message key (unresolved)

Revided ant exec usages in TCK tests

- added AS_JAVA to force all asadmins to use the same JDK as Maven
- added JAVA_HOME to force all ant executions to use the same JDK as Maven
- added full path to java command (based on java.home property)
- fixed result processing in several cases

The flaky test was fixed

- the problem with this configuration as a default is that it creates more
  logs with same ids+apps which is then harder to read.
- I believe it is easier to repeat the test locally using surefire properties
  from command line or using maven profile if needed.
- In extreme you can updated the Jenkinsfile in a draft PR, but in most cases
  we don't want to automatically rerun tests.

Performance test to detect wrong level check vs message formatting, etc.

- The test checks mostly the GlassFishLogger class and several message formatting
  strategies
- The test doesn't check handlers, formatters.
- The LogCollectorHandler has new constructor allowing to set the capacity and
  wait timeout.
- The logrb method was not overridden (was added to JUL in Java 9); when
  overriden, caused significant slowdown because of the stacktrace analysis.
- This commit does not pass the test.

Resolved performance issues

  - it is detected that some handler/formatter uses its results
  - it is explicitly enabled
